Frequently Asked Questions |
Q. Is a billing service an added expense for my practice?
A. No. With our system of capturing every billable charge, posting only appropriate discounts from insurance companies plus submitting clean claims - the extra income you receive each month will more than make up for the small percentage we charge for our services. And, when you add the savings from reduced overhead expenses, your practice will see a net increase in your bottom line.
Q. Which expenses will be reduced?
A. Computer software upgrades and maintenance, postage and paper supplies, and office space/storage. In addition, CPA costs will be reduced because we provide you with detailed financial reports. And, HR costs such as salaries, insurance, taxes, retirement, training and recruitment.
Q. Can my staff do this?
A. Perhaps, but our highly-trained specialists concentrate all of our efforts on submitting accurate and compliant claims - the result is quicker payments and fewer denials. We are not distracted by patient care and emergencies or pharmaceutical and supplies reps.
Q. What does the service cost, are there any set-up fees?
A. We charge a modest percentage of the total receipts collected for full-service billing which is based on volume, type of practice and payer mix. We do not charge any set-up fees.
Q. How is my data transferred to your office?
A. Data can be transferred via UPS/Fed-Ex, Priority mail, secure e-mail or fax.
Q. Do insurance payments still come to my office?
A. Yes, all checks are sent directly to your practice.
Q. How do I get started?
